In-Store Marketing Asia 2009 - Bangkok, Thailand

Date: Wednesday 22 April 2009........The primary driving force behind the growth of in-store marketing is the fragmentation of traditional media and the tremendous clutter of information assaulting today’s consumer. Consumers are simply overwhelmed. To better cope, they’re increasingly seeking ways to control what advertisement messages they see and what information they access for making purchase decisions. Simultaneously, retailers who originally viewed in-store media as a potential incremental revenue stream and a way of sourcing more marketing dollars from brand manufacturers; are now seeing in-store marketing as a way of differentiating their shopping experience and promoting their higher margin store brands.

This conference will highlight when during times of crisis, shoppers and marketers are looking at ways to make the best of a bad situation and how marketers need to make the most of every dollar spent in support of their brands if they hope to maintain strong shopper and consumer relationships. Those who are inclined to succeed should then be well positioned to take advantage of weaker competition to increase sales and gain maximum revenue.

Exclusively for POPAI members: Get a 10% discount when you register with Ms Carmen Lau.
